- 1 banana (frozen, sliced)
- 1 cup milk of choice (unsweetened almond milk)
- ยฝ tablespoon maple syrup
- ยฝ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
Optional Toppings:
- banana slices
- whipped cream, coconut milk
- chocolate pieces, dark (grated over top)
Instructions
