Hormone Balancing Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- ยฝ banana (Frozen)
- 1 cup blueberries (Frozen)
- ยฝ cup milk of choice (I like unsweetened almond milk)
- 2 teaspoon flaxseed, ground
- 1 teaspoon raw cacao nibs (Plus 1 additional teaspoon for topping)
- 2 teaspoon hemp seeds
Optional Toppings
- blueberries
- raw cacao nibs
- coconut flakes, unsweetened (Unsweetened)
- goji berries, dried
Instructions
- Blend the milk, banana, blueberries in a blender until well combined.
- Stir in ground flax seeds and 1 teaspoon cacao nibs. Top with the hemp seeds. Pour the mixture into a bowl, and add your favorite toppings.
- Optional topping ideas: Top with coconut flakes, goji berries, cacao nibs, and fresh blueberries. Enjoy.
