Equipment
- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- ยพ cup milk of choice (I like coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk)
- 1 ยฝ tablespoons raw cacao powder
- ยฝ teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- ยผ banana (frozen)
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup ice (Depending on how thick you want your milkshake)
- 1 pinch sea salt
Optional Ingredients:
- ยฝ teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Toppings:
- whipped cream, coconut milk
- rice krispies, brown
- raw cacao nibs
- drizzle nut butter (I love peanut butter)
- peanut butter powder
- nuts, mixed
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
