This is my play on that delicious cookie dough treat but made into a healthy overnight oats breakfast option. I have recreated the taste of cookie dough but into a healthier version for you to experience. Cookie dough overnight oats with chocolate chips are the breakfast I have been eating a few times a week on repeat.

First, let me ask you a question. Did you like eating cookie dough as a kid? I totally did. Therefore, I decided to come up with my own cookie dough recipe, but for breakfast as overnight oats.

Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 ยฝ cups milk of choice (Unsweetened Almond MIlk)
- 1 cup oats, whole rolled, gluten-free (Gluten-Free)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips, semi-sweet (Dairy-Free)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- ยผ teaspoon nutmeg, ground
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes, unsweetened (Unsweetened)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond milk, oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and dark chocolate chips.
- Stir well to combine. Transfer into small jars, cover, and place into your fridge for at least 2 hours, but 8 hours is best.
- When ready to eat, take out of the fridge, top with coconut shavings, and enjoy!
