Don't be intimidated by the process of making homemade gummies. In fact, it's easier than it sounds. Here are the step by step instructions on how to make turmeric ginger gummies right at home.
In a small saucepan, combine coconut milk, turmeric, ginger, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and black pepper.
Heat on medium-high heat for 5 minutes, whisking periodically.
Remove from heat and sprinkle gelatin powder over the mixture.
Pour the mixture into either a 9" X 6" pyrex dish or silicone molds. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
Hint: Furthermore, the addition of black pepper increases the bioavailability of turmeric. A pinch of black pepper and turmeric powder added to rice, smoothies, and golden milk are excellent ways to incorporate this anti-inflammatory spice into your diet.

Check out some easy substitutions and variations to customize this ginger turmeric gummy recipe to your liking.
- Maple Syrup - Instead of maple syrup, swap it for honey or limit sugars, even more, try stevia.

❄️ Storage
Store these ginger turmeric gummies should be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
⭐️ Top Tip
Quantity of gummies made depends on the size of the silicone molds or pyrex glass dish you use. I like to make larger, heart shaped gummies.
❓ FAQs
So, do gummies cause constipation?
Some store bought gummies may cause constipation due to the addition of certain vitamins and minerals added in. The most common ones are iron, calcium, folic acid, and vitamin D. These homemade gummies won't cause constipation because they are made with gut healthy ingredients instead. They may actually improve your constipation issues, especially due to the added pumpkin in them.
What are the Health Benefits of Gelatin?
Daily use of gelatin supports a healthy gut, strengthens hair and nails, reduces the look of wrinkles, and improve joint health.
What is the best supplement to fight inflammation?
Turmeric is one of the best supplements to help fight inflammation in the body. Turmeric is a root in the ginger family, with anti-inflammatory benefits and pain relieving benefits.
Can I use jello powder instead of gelatin?
No. They are not the same thing. Jello will not set up to a firmer gummy consistency that gelatin will.
