Speak to your doctor before you change any of your blood sugar medications. Easy Juicing Tips
If you don't own a juicer, no problem. Simply blend all the ingredients for any of my simple green juice recipes until the mixture is smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. You don't have to remove the fiber from your juice. The fiber helps move food through your digestive system and out of you, so it's important that you leave some in there for this to happen.
You can also blend everything up, and then pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve and enjoy. Check out my article on how to make a juice in a blender here:
How Long Will This Green Juice Recipe Last?
It is always best to drink the juice immediately while it's fresh. However, you can store it for up to 2 days in the refrigerator. You will notice some slight separation of the juice. Simply stir or shake, and it's ready to serve.
