Golden Milk Turmeric Latte Made with Saffron for Bedtime
- 1 cup of almond milk unsweetened
- ½ tablespoon turmeric freshly grated, or ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
- Pinch of saffron
- Pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon ginger freshly grated or ½ teaspoon ginger powder.
- ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom or ground cloves
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
- Gently heat milk and stir in all the other ingredients except the honey and saffron. Remove from the heat and add in honey and saffron.
