Inner Kingdom Healthy Microbiome Smoothie Recipe
Equipment
- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 1 ยฝ cups milk of choice (I prefer almond milk).
- 1 cup berries, mixed (I love blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries).
- 1 banana
- ยฝ teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1 handful greens, mixed (I like spinach and kale).
- ยฝ tablespoon coconut oil (Try flax oil or cod liver oil).
- ยฝ tablespoon Better Body Superseed Blend (Try chia or flax seeds).
- ยผ cup yogurt of choice (Unsweetened coconut yogurt is delicious).
Optional Toppings
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes, unsweetened (Unsweetened)
- edible flowers
Instructions
- First, add all ingredients to your blender.
- After that, blend until super smooth. Finally, top optional toppings like unsweetened coconut flakes. Enjoy.
