Trust me when I say you will love this gut healthy smoothie for your microbiome. It not only tastes delicious, but also has all the ingredients for a healthy gut smoothie. This makes it easy to make a gut healthy smoothie recipe.

Your inner kingdom, your microbiome, your gut symbiosis are all the same thing. Moreover, these are all different words for the same thing. How healthy your inner world is depicted in what shows up health-wise in your outer world. Likewise, by choosing gut-healthy foods, you can create an immune-boosting microbiome. Above all, this will help ensure great health. Firstly, start by adding in more gut-healthy recipes. Below you can read about gut healthy smoothie ingredients I like to add-in.
Keeping your gut healthy and happy is one of the big secrets to good digestion, glowing skin, and increased energy. The easier ways you have to incorporate recipes that reestablish a healthy intestinal flora, the better.
For example, having a smoothie loaded with beneficial microbes is a daily addition to your diet that will get you awesome results over time. I can’t go a day without a gut smoothie. The biggest thing that changes is my mood. Gut health is directly linked to mood and brain health. There is an interesting article I wrote discussing the research surrounding this topic about the link between gut health, mood, and stress.
