This one I prepared to be keto-friendly. A butter chicken recipe is a delicious mix of creamy tomato sauce with many fragrant spices that make up the typical garam masala spice mixture.
What Spices are in a Healthy Butter Chicken Recipe?
Butter chicken spices are typically those found in a Garam masala spice blend. Garam masala is a mix of cumin, coriander, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, ground cloves, and nutmeg. So if you don't have any garam masala, simply mix the above spices to create your own garam masala to keep in the pantry.

PROTEIN ON THE KETO DIET
Most importantly, protein is included in every meal, as it helps reduce appetite, regulate blood glucose levels and preserve lean muscle mass. Therefore, some examples of protein-rich foods are fish, chicken, turkey, meat, eggs, and cheese. Protein drinks including whey protein isolate may be utilized.
FAT IS KEY ON THE KETOGENIC DIET
Adequate fat intake is essential, as this enhances fat burning by the body, while reducing the synthesis of fatty acids in the body, which both promote fat loss. For example, some optimal sources of fats are fatty meats, fish, avocado, olive oil, nuts, and seeds.
Firstly, place a frying pan on medium heat with coconut oil.

Next, slice the chicken into small cubes. After that, add the chicken back into the pan, cover and cook for 12-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, while the butter chicken is finishing up, shred the cauliflower to create cauliflower rice.
STEP 6
Placing a second pan on medium heat with olive oil, add the cauliflower rice, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
STEP 7
Next, cook until the cauliflower resembles rice texture. Finally, once the butter chicken is done, combine both on a plate and enjoy.
