INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 14 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 ½ cup raw or roasted almonds
- One teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons of peanut butter (can use seed butter).
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 1 cup Orgain Superfood Protein + Superfoods Powder, Vanilla Bean
- 1-2 tablespoon water, if needed
- Pinch of sea salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until a dough begins to form.
3. Using your hands, roll tablespoonfuls of the mixture into snack-sized balls.
