Pink Coconut Cream Ingredients:
- ยฝ cup coconut cream (Refrigerated. You can also use the thick non-liquid part that separates and rises to the top of the coconut milk from a can).
- 2 tablespoons raspberries
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Optional Toppings:
- honey, raw
- cinnamon, ground
- coconut flakes, unsweetened
- mint leaves, fresh
Instructions
- Firstly, blend all the pink coconut cream ingredients in a blender.
- Next after that, divide berries into two serving bowls and pour the pink coconut cream over top.
- Top with the additional toppings if desired.
