🥣 Ingredients to Make Spicy Tuna Sushi
Tuna - You need a high-quality canned tuna or tuna packet. I like the brand, Wild Planet because the quality and taste are suburb. High in protein and Omega-3 fatty acids.
Mayonnaise - Any mayonnaise will work in this recipe to make spicy mayo, but I like Helmann's vegan mayonnaise or Primal Kitchen brand the best.
Cauliflower Rice - Prepared cauliflower rice is the best option if you want to keep this low-carb. You can also substitute regular rice, like homemade coconut rice.
Sriracha or Hot Sauce - This is used to flavor the tuna and to make the spicy Sriracha mayo. I used Cholula hot sauce because I ran out of Sriracha, but Sriracha sauce is best.
Cucumbers - I prefer the longer English cucumbers for this recipe. Of course, any cucumber will work too.
Gluten-Free Coconut Aminos or Gluten-Free Tamari Sauce - To ensure you make a gluten-free recipe, use gluten-free tamari or coco aminos.
