Pretty pink dust is the secret ingredient that I add to many recipes. Goji berries are full of antioxidants. For this recipe, I added powdered strawberries, because they are yummy and it's pink for Valentine's Day.
I wanted to use goji berries in various other recipes. This is not only a great flavor boost, but also an antioxidant rich topping to add to many other recipes.

Vegan Strawberry Keto Craving Crusher Energy Balls
Equipment
- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ยผ cup almond butter
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
Toppings
- 1 tablespoon pink goji berry dust * Recipe follows
- 2 tablespoon coconut flakes, unsweetened (Unsweetened)
- 1 tablespoon strawberries, freeze-dried
Instructions
- First, start by setting up your toppings on a plate.
- If you haven’t already prepared “pretty pink dust”, start by grinding up a handful of goji berries in a high-powered blender, like a Vitamix. I store my “pretty pink dust” in a Mason Jar to add to my oatmeal in the morning.
- After that, grind up the dried strawberries. Combine the dried strawberries with the “pretty pink dust”. Set out on a plate.
- Next, in a medium-sized bowl, combine the protein powder, almond butter, and chia seeds. Once combined, roll 8 balls into the desired toppings.
- Place each ball in a baking cup. Place into the freezer or fridge to set up for 20 minutes. Enjoy.

- 1 cup goji berries (Dried)
Instructions
- First, grind the goji berries in a coffee grinder or food processor until a fine dust is formed.
- Next, sprinkle this pretty dust on any recipe where you would like to increase the antioxidant levels.
- If you want a deeper vibrant pink color to your recipes, use 2 teaspoons of the Goji berry powder, but if you want a lighter baby pink color, use less. I always start with less and add more until I reach my desired color.
