Vegan Coconut Matcha Energy Bliss Balls
Equipment
- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 2 pitted dates, Medjool (Pitted)
- 1 ยฝ teaspoons matcha green tea powder
- ยฝ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ยฝ cup coconut flakes, unsweetened (Unsweetened)
- โ cup coconut butter (Melted)
- ยผ cup almonds, raw
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender, and blend until well combined. The mixture should be a bit crumbly.
- Place the bowl in the refrigerator or freezer for 15 minutes to make it easier to roll out. Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls. Enjoy.
- Optional: Roll in additional shredded coconut or dip into melted chocolate. If you dip into melted chocolate, put the bliss balls back into the freezer to ensure that the chocolate hardens a bit.
