  • 1 ½ cups milk of choice (I prefer almond milk).
  • 1 cup berries, mixed (I love blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries).
  • 1 banana
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 1 handful greens, mixed (I like spinach and kale).
  • ½ tablespoon coconut oil (Try flax oil or cod liver oil).
  • ½ tablespoon Better Body Superseed Blend (Try chia or flax seeds).
  • ¼ cup yogurt of choice (Unsweetened coconut yogurt is delicious).

Optional Toppings

Instructions
 

  • First, add all ingredients to your blender.
  • After that, blend until super smooth. Finally, top optional toppings like unsweetened coconut flakes. Enjoy.
