Ingredients
  

  • 2 avocado (Ripe)
  • 1 cloves garlic, fresh (Minced)
  • 1 tablespoon lime, juice
  • ¼ cup onion, red (Finely chopped)
  • 1 jalapeno peppers (Seeds removed & finely chopped)
  • 1 tomato, Roma (Finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 handful cilantro, fresh (Finely chopped)
  • 1 handful parsley, fresh (Finely chopped)

Instructions
 

  • Mash the avocado in a small mixing bowl and mix all other remaining ingredients together.
