  • In a mixing bowl, combine the almond milk, oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and dark chocolate chips.
  • Stir well to combine. Transfer into small jars, cover, and place into your fridge for at least 2 hours, but 8 hours is best.
  • When ready to eat, take out of the fridge, top with coconut shavings, and enjoy!
