These jammy vegan blackberry oat crumble bars are gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and vegan. They are naturally sweetened with bananas and dates, meaning no-refined sugar in this recipe.

  • Put the flour, dates, coconut oil, vanilla, and coconut milk in the food processor to form a dough.
  • Then spread half of the dough into a crust on the bottom of a parchment paper lined 4-inch square pie pan. 
  • Put the remaining ingredients in the food processor, turn it into a blackberry sauce.
  • Spread the sauce on the dough.
  • Spread the remaining dough in a top crust. Next, bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Slice into squares after cooled. Enjoy.
