  • First, blend the milk, dates, cacao powder, peanut butter, and cinnamon through the blender until smooth.
  • Then in a small sauce pan, boil the mixture for 5 minutes.
  • Next, add the protein powder, boil it until it thickens slightly, about 2 minutes.
  • Divide the pudding into the serving cups. This pudding can be served warm or cold.
  • Then let the chocolate pudding rest at room temperature until cool. Finally, transfer to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Serve as is or add some optional toppings.
