  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until everything is smooth. If using a Vitamix blender, blend until the mixture becomes hot. Then serve.
  • If using a regular blender, transfer the mixture to a small pot and warm the mixture on the stove until it reaches your desired temperature. Serve. 
  • Top with any of the above optional toppings.
