I packed all the essential foods for hormonal health in this best green hormone balancing smoothie recipe. It tastes delicious and is so easy to make. One of my favorite hormone diet recipes, that I love to call my estrogen smoothie.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup kale
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, fresh (Organic is best)
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tablespoon dandelion greens (Organic is best)
  • ½ cup coconut milk beverage (In carton, or swap for dairy-free milk)
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed, ground
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup blueberries frozen

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients, in a blender until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass, and top with optional blueberries, coconut flakes, and hemp hearts. Enjoy.
