There are many ways to make your healthy gluten-free muffins become more moist. One way is to add some apple cider vinegar with the batter.
Another method is to use a food processor or blender when making the batter. This is the particular method I used in this recipe.
Using a food processor or blender will mix the batter and create more air bubbles, which will help make the muffins moist. No more dense and cardboard muffins.
🍌 Banana Health & Beauty Benefits
Bananas are a great fast energy source for athletes, because they are a convenient way to replenish carbohydrate intake while on the go. Bananas are a wonderful source of carbohydrates. In addition, they also help maintain electrolyte balance.
Firstly, the proper balance of electrolytes can help lower blood pressure, which helps reduce the risk of stroke and kidney disease. This is just one striking health and beauty benefit of bananas.
Bananas are not only highly nutritious, but also contain 12% of your potassium requirements for the day. One medium banana contains roughly 425 mg of potassium.
Potassium is an important mineral when it comes to regulating blood pressure. However, those individuals with advanced stage kidney disease should limit or avoid eating bananas.
If your doctor has you following a kidney-friendly diet, you should reduce your potassium, phosphorus, and sodium intakes.
Bananas and Beauty Benefits
Banana contains silicon, which is a beautifying component for strong nails and hair. For example, vitamins like A, C, and B all protect the skin from free radicals, as well as maintain the elasticity of the skin.
Bananas can also help with dry, flaky skin. They also contain the antioxidant lutein, which boosts the elasticity of the skin, as well as increases sebum production. This helps the skin lock in moisture.

🙂 Link Between Bananas and Your Mood?
You might have heard that bananas can bring you happiness by improving your mood. Well, let's debunk that myth. Yes, bananas can make you happy because they taste so delicious. However, there is no evidence that they can improve your mood. This popular myth stems from the fact that bananas contain serotonin.

Serotonin is the feel good neurotransmitter that increases feelings of well-being and decreases depression symptoms. Although bananas contain serotonin, it does not cross the blood–brain barrier (1).
This simply means the serotonin from the fruit can't get into your brain the same way the naturally produced neurotransmitter can. But don't throw away the idea that bananas should be gone from your diet. They contain fiber, antioxidants, and many essential vitamins and minerals.
🍫 Can a Celiac Eat Chocolate?
Celiacs cannot eat gluten. Chocolate typically doesn't contain wheat, so it may not be safe for people with celiac disease. Check the ingredients and choose chocolate that doesn't contain wheat or other gluten-containing grains.
Raw Cacao Health Benefits
Raw cacao is beneficial in so many ways. For instance, not only does it contain phenylethylamine, which helps boost happy hormones, but it’s also loaded with magnesium.
A large percentage of the population is deficient in magnesium. However, it’s important for healthy digestion and a relaxed nervous system, so add more raw cacao recipes into your diet. If you want to try out my delicious raw cacao healthy milkshake recipe.
❓ Does Chocolate Make You Constipated?
Constipation from chocolate can occur when you are eating foods that contain other ingredients, like milk, sugar, and even butters and oils, which can lead to diarrhea or constipation.
Chocolate does contain caffeine, which is a stimulant, so this can lead to dehydration or digestive distress, like diarrhea or constipation.
However, raw cacao has been used to treat constipation. Raw cacao is high in fiber, thus you will notice more frequent bowel movements, decreasing your bouts of constipation.
So, if you suffer frequent constipation, try adding in a handful of raw cacao nibs to your smoothie bowl or making this delicious chocolate chip muffin recipe made with raw cacao powder.
